What can I expect from Pac-Man Live Experience?
Journey through a life-sized glowing maze, stepping into the role of PAC-MAN. Evade chasing ghosts, gather POWER PELLETS, and aim for high scores in this immersive recreation of the iconic arcade game.
State-of-the-art projection mapping and tracking technology bring every PAC-DOT, POWER PELLET, and ghost vividly to life around you, creating a dynamic and interactive experience.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last?
For you to have an estimate, people usually spend 1 hour at this experience. You can expect the game itself to last 30 minutes, but can also enjoy fun immersive games at The Cube, which can be purchased as add-ons to your ticket.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
You will be able to purchase food and beverages at Pac-Man’s cafe.
Is there parking available?
There will be free parking available.
Is there a dress code?
There's no defined dress code for this experience, but make sure to dress comfortably for the game.
TICKETS
Can I purchase a ticket at the event?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets through the Fever App (available on Google Play and Apple App Store) or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your tickets in the Fever app, within the “Tickets “section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Google Play or Apple App Store. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
Can I make a group booking?
Yes, you can make a group booking! We accept groups up to 8 guests, and for larger groups, there will be special options exclusively for your company.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Yes, it's recommended to arrive at the start of your scheduled session to ensure you don't miss any important instructions or activities. Arriving on time also helps maintain the schedule and ensures a smooth experience for everyone.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no animals are allowed in this event’s location—not even service animals.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

This experience only allows guests above 7 years old. All minors under the age of 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

Smoking and vaping are prohibited at the experience.

Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes, restrooms will be available on-site.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please reach out to +971 50 225 2787.
Are there any other restrictions?
For your own safety, you will not be able to play if you:
